The Centre for Digital Development and Innovation Research (CDDIR) seeks to be a leading do-think tank that will create a supercluster of digital innovation, expertise and skills development for the consistent use of robust evidence to inform ecosystem activation, policy formulation, resource allocation, and program implementation.

CDDIR will function across four technology strands:
